Due to the extraordinary success of our Ashtanga Intensives in April and August, we are excited to be able to offer a further intensive commencing on 1 November 2009, running for 30 consecutive days. Teaching in the traditional Mysore method of instruction means this course is suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to more experienced students.
With an emphasis on providing a safe, caring, but challenging environment in which to practise, the intensive will start very lightly, slowly working through the Primary Series to your degree. This course will teach you how to practise in the mornings, and include warm-up sequences, breathing exercises, and restorative postures for those days when you wished you had stayed in bed!
